I have a room for rent in my home. This is a one Bedroom, partially furnished room. It has a single bed, night stand and I have a few other pieces you could use if you need them. Your Utilities, Wifi and Internet would be provided. You would have unlimited use of the living room, Kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking is available. You would be sharing the bath with one other Tenant if I decide to rent my 3rd bedroom out. I would like to find another female that is easy going and gets along well with others. I enjoy my quiet time in my room listening to my music and playing my games online. My last Roommate was here for 8 years. Even though there was a difference in age we got along very well. Also, cleaning up after yourself is very important to me, especially in the kitchen. The room is $600 a month with a $300 security deposit that is due at the time of move in.
