I have a room for rent in my home. It is located near Downtown Durham. Just about walking distance to Downtown, Duke University and Duke Hospital. The room comes partially furnished with a single bed and night table. I have a few other pieces you can choose from if you need them. All Utilities, Wifi and Internet are furnished. You would have unlimited use of the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Parking space is provided. I am seeking a Female to share my home with that gets along well with others and is kind and friendly. Cleans up after themselves. My last Roommate was here for 8 years and we had a quiet and peaceful house. We both had different interest but still had enough in common that we got along very well even though there was a difference in age. I enjoy my quiet peaceful times that I spend in my room with my Music and playing my games online. You would only be sharing a bath with one other Tenant and that would be if I decided to rent out my 3rd bedroom. The rent is $600 a month, with a $300 Security Deposit due at the time of move in. I would like to have at least a 6 month lease. If you need shorter than that I would try to work with you. I will try to post photos tomorrow.
