Hello, my name is Alberta. I am a 66 year old woman, but still young at heart . I am retired and I am on social security. My budget is 650 to 700 a month . I am looking for a place around Orange City, Deltona, or DeLand, Florida. I need a room with a bed . I am a quiet person, I do not give or want drama. I love my privacy, but if I see you I will talk to you . I do not want stairs I had them, I need a long term not a short term because I am on a waiting list for a senior apartment. They tell me that it could be 2 years ,because they have a long list of people waiting to get a apartment. I live with family but I have no privacy, I sleep on the sofa. I love my family but I need my privacy and space. No pets, but if you have them I love animals, like dogs, cats , and monkeys . I do smoke, but ever in anyone 's home like I do for my family and friends. If you do not want me to smoke I can use a smoker patch it works for me . I use them for my patience's when I enter their home I was a caregiver. You do not smoke around them . I work for them 4 days a week living in their home . I do not have a criminal record because to be a caregiver you have to be checked out before you entering their home. I always passed my criminal record check. I do not use drugs or drink. I am in good health. I do not have a car , I call my family or a cab to take me around, that's once a month.
