I am looking for somebody who can take over my next lease starting August 1st 2012 through July 31st 2013. Perfect for somebody moving here for Fall semester. The rent here is now 475$ but when i moved in it was 440$ therefore you will be paying 440$/mo for the fall lease! I will give you the choice of moving in now or by August whenever is fine & I WILL PAY SUBLEASE FEE :). One of the leasing agents can give you a full tour of the place before moving in.I live with 2 roommates one is currently attending FSU and the other is a graduate from FSU. Most the time they are never home usually at school or work. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The one for sublease (my room) is downstairs. I have my own bathroom with bathtub and also a spacious closet with mirror sliding doors, and ceiling fan. There is also a back door in the bedroom that leads outback to a small patio(convenient for a smoker). We have a full size washer and dryer, hi-speed internet is included, and cable with HBO is also included. The water/electric bill is around 40-50/mo and usually no more than that. There is a great pool area, a large fitness center, and a computer lab. We have a nice sized kitchen and living room as you can see in the picture. Everything in the house is furnished but my bedroom is NOT. I could leave my queen size bed if it is needed. The place is less than a mile away from TCC and about 5 mins from FSU.
