I am looking for somebody to take over the rest of my summer lease and the following fall lease August 1st-July 30th 2013. Junes rent will be covered by me if you can move in now. I WILL ALSO PAY THE 300 DOLLAR SUBLEASE FEE!! I live with 2 male roomates who are both cool with a male or female moving in. One is currently attending FSU and the other is a graduate from FSU. Most the time they are never home usually at school or work. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The one for sublease (my room) is downstairs. I have my own bathroom with bathtub and also a spacious closet with mirror sliding doors, and ceiling fan. There is also a back door in the bedroom that leads outback to a small patio(convenient for a smoker). We have a full size washer and dryer, hi-speed internet is included, and cable with HBO is also included. The water/electric bill is around 40-50/mo and usually no more than that. There is a great pool area, a large fitness center, and a computer lab. We have a nice sized kitchen and living room as you can see in the picture. Everything in the house is furnished but my bedroom is NOT. I could leave my queen size bed if it is needed.
