I am currently trying to find someone to take over my lease at the BLVD on Jackson Bluff. Really great renovated apartment $479/mo including furniture and water -- utilities are rarely more than $30-40. It's a 1/1 in a 4/4. It is also pet friendly! The complex is really close to FSU -- less than a 5 minute drive to the stadium and there is also a bus stop outside the complex. Fairly close to TCC as well. Parking is free, if you have a car. The complex has several pools, a gym, a computer lab with free printing, tanning beds (I've never heard of anyone using them, but they exist), and a security gate. You need to use a swipe card to get in.It comes with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, all the furnishings you would need in the bedroom (mattress, desk, dresser, lamp, etc) and living room (TV with cable, couches, coffee table, all the usual stuff). Everyone has their own bathroom inside their bedroom. There's also an extra storage closet in my room that is big enough for a bike. Cable/internet is free as well. Washer/dryer in unit -- we also have a dishwasher and a large balcony outside. And if you're interested, I bought a mini fridge when I moved in that I can throw in for free.The apartment is a 4/4 but only two of my current roommates are staying, because they will be graduating in the spring. The other room is also being re-leased (So if you have a friend that you want to live with, we can definitely work something out!). My roommates are two FSU students (boys) -- they are super nice, respectful, and very clean. They're not crazy partiers or anything like that. With my apartment complex, they don't allow subleasing and so if you're interested we would need to do a "releasing" where you would be essentially signing your own lease, and that would take over mine which ends in July 2016. I would be more than happy to cover the re-leasing fee as well as pay for the first months rent.
