I'm looking to sublease my unit within an apartment. The room is on the third floor, in a recently renovated building with easy access to both entrance gates and the bus stop. My room as a nice view from the balcony. I live in a co-ed apartment and my roommates are quiet and cleanly. West 20 is on three different bus routes (20, 21, 28) that offer easy access throughout Gainesville. Buses come about every five minutes, and it's a short bus ride to campus. Parking is plentiful and free if you have a car. There's a grocery store within a five minutes walking distance of the complex, and the complex itself is right off of Archer Road with immediate access to Butler Plaza. Apartment amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub, a game room, computer lab, and basketball and sand volleyball courts! The entire complex recently updated its internet provider, so the internet is much faster and more consistent. The sublease would be from May to July, and you could move in as early as April 26. My current rent is $529 a month, which is $60 lower than the current selling price for my unit. Internet and water are included with the rent, and my electricity bill never goes higher than $30 per month. Price is negotiable. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns!
