If you are thinking of buying or renting in the Village Green Condo IV area you need to be very careful. I purchased a unit in this area over two months ago and discovered mold. The HOA refuses to fix the mold problem even though they know its their fault and is caused by ground water from outside. Please contact the HOA president Lucretia Hudinski and tell her to clean up my mold.
