Very friendly, fun, and easy to get along with. You would share a bathroom with 1 other girl. We are looking for a female of relatively similar age and interests.Pet Friendly! With additional $100 deposit and approval by the leasing office and roommates.Location, Location, Location!!!Very convenient to grocery stores (Berkeley Bowl West, Trader Joe's, etc), shopping (Bay Street shopping center, Target, Ikea, Ross, Marshalls, etc), entertainment (2 movie theaters w/in walking distance, restaurants, bars).15 - 20 Minutes to San Francisco by bus or car! 10 minutes to UC Berkeley! And very convenient to nearly all other Bay Area locations!Many local and Transbay buses stop within a few blocks! The Emery-Go-Round shuttle stops right in front of the building, providing free transportation to Emeryville, parts of Berkeley, and the MacArthur BART station!Great Amenities!Beautiful courtyard with pool, hottub, BBQ, lounge chairs and tables! 24 hour fitness center (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, yoga mats, weight machines, etc)! Clubhouse with large flatscreen TVs, pool table, and kitchen for resident use. Very safe and secure!Plenty of on and off street parking! No need to pay for a parking place!
