Hello! We have an opening in our 3BD, 2BA house in Berkeley Hills. This is a spacious home for the bay area and has a large patio and also a balcony. The opening is a private room with a walk-in closet that shares a bathroom with one other person upstairs. Two other people live downstairs (where there are two bedrooms (one is a converted office) and one bathroom. We also share this residence with a dog who is very friendly with people but unfortunately no other pets please! There is ample street parking and it is a 25 minute walk from campus (perfect if you are a student with a car or don't mind a longer walk). Currently, the house is occupied by three graduate students. We are looking for one additional person to fill the room that is opening up. The room is available starting August 1st but the move-in date is flexible through August or September (rent can be pro-rated). The rent is $1100/mo and utilities (~$100 per month).
