The lease runs through July 31 with the option to sign a 12 month lease with the owner beginning on Aug. 1. There are 2 other male roommates in the condo. One is in his 2nd year of Law School at UF and the other is a UF alum, works at Wells Fargo and is trying to get into Law School. The room that's available is downstairs in a loft-style apartment. Financial Info: Rent: $475/month Security Deposit: $475, refundable after you move out GRU: $50-70/month Cox: $44/month Please note: You must be willing to submit a credit report to the condo owner and pass a background check. The owner makes the decision over whom she will rent the room out to, so please be aware. I'm responsible for finding the person and eventually showing the condo.
