It is normally a 2 bedroom apartment but we are renting it temporarily as a 1-Bedroom.Walking distance to restaurants and one direct bus to downtown! We are renting one of the two bedrooms for 1 - 2 months while we are out of town. I stay until Dec 15 and then I leave till January 25. We store our personal possessions in our bedroom so the place will be shared from now till Dec 15 when I leave. And then it will be a 1-bedroom private from Dec 15 - Jan 25!- Price INCLUDES utilities and WIFI! - Damage Deposit - $500. - Rent must be paid in advance of stay. For example if staying 6 weeks then paying the six weeks rent.- Fractions of a month can be prorated.- Rental is for two months from Nov 28 - Jan 25. (Dates are slightly flexible!)- We provide basic furnishings and a queen bed! - Living room has a fire place.- Sorry no pets as my partner is allergic!Applicants will need the following:A valid credit card ($50 payment for screening & property rental application)Personal InterviewCurrent & Previous Rental History
