One bed room located in the new complex at Centerstone Apartments The apartment is one bedroom with stained concrete floor! It also has a small fenced patio area. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. Walk-in closet! (http: /// ) I will need at least a week notice to get all of my stuff moved, if you need to move in sooner I can do my best to work something out. Lease ends Feb 2015. I paid the $300 one time non-refundable pet fee so you can have a pet if you would like. The rent would be $619 a month or with out it would be $599. Since the deposit is paid already you can add a pet at any time and not have to pay the $300. Security deposit was paid in full $400- $200 non-refundable. The other $200 will go to the person taking the lease over.
