I'm a late 20's male looking for a roommate in the Fairfax area. I'm from La, been here 5 years now. Last roommate got married and moved out about a month ago and I'm in need of someone to take over his lease ... kinda. The lease actually ends 8/12, but if would like to move in anytime before then; then you would just take over his portion of the lease. I'm planning on renewing so it'll be a 11, 12, or 13 month lease (whichever you prefer really). Right now, rent is about $850 a piece (not including utilities) and will be the same for the next term ($1702 total). The complex i really nice, its located right behind the Fairoaks Mall, and Fairfax Town Center are within walking distance. There's a bus stop right outside the complex, you name it. Really close to shopping. Excellent area. Most of the living room is furnished (sofa, couch, coffee table, tv), 1081sq ft.As for me, I"m pretty laid back, respectful, and clean guy. I typically leave the house in the morning for work, hit the gym, and probably don't end up back home until bed time. I'm almost never home on weekends. Social, not a big drinker, don't smoke, I do a lot of my own cooking so I do spend some time in the kitchen but I do clean after myself and I'd expect someone that would do the same. Not a big fan of pets but I can be persuaded. Not really picky other than that. I stay locked away in my room for the most part. Any questions, shoot me an email.
