Your rent is $500 for a furnished room including a twin day bed and dresser. If there is a 3rd roommate you would share a bathroom but currently it would be yours alone. I am a 27 yr/female recent graduate working in the area possibly going to start a Masters, so mature students or professionals are acceptable. I am pretty laid back and easy-going. I enjoy game-nights or movies out with friends. I get along every well with people so male or female I hope the same for you. I am every respectful and hope the same for you. This is a Drug-free/smoke-free, DRAMA-free, pet-free enviornment. Common areas are expected to stay clean (and I despise a messy kitchen). As a renter the house is yours as well as mine so invite people over if you like from time to time if you like, but this is not a party house. Pay on time and be respectful to each other and thier space or belongings.Your rent includes utilities, cable, internet, access to house phone, usage of kitchen, washer, dryer, and parking for one vehicle in the driveway. This is a monthly contract so stay as long as you need/want but 30day notice is required. Your security deposit is $500, and $500 to move in the place. Depending on length of stay deposit may be factored into rent as necessary. Final details will be listed in monthly contract.
