I have 3.75 acres in North Joshua Tree for rent. Great look ats, 360 degree mountain see, you can see San Gorgonio and San Jacinto, really personal with few neighbors, really quiet, peaceful, incredible sunup and sundowns! There is a cabin and garage there, however I am remodeling both and would like to have someone stay there to look after the place so it don't get vandalized prior to I can finish and rent it out. I do have a big luxury 5th wheel I can park there and let you stay in or you can bring your own for less expensive lease. I would likewise consider complimentary rent if you will certainly help clean up the lawn and/or do some work on your home to obtain it in shape however you would need to prove to me you can do some work. I open to offers and concepts, lets talk, come see it and lets see if we can work out a bargain. I do not have electric linked yet, so we will need to wait up until it cools off a bit in sept. or oct. or wait to obtain electrical prior to you can move in, its just too hot for you to be out there without a/c. Cats or pet dogs are fine if it is in your RV, not in mine, same with smoking. My RV is better than many homes, it is entirely furnished and very comfy with high ceilings and lots of storage. I would need you to sign a 6 month lease, initially, last and down payment needed to use my RV.
