The condo is 3 bed/2 bath condo on the second floor in Hanson s Landing off of Cove Road, which is in Stuart & very close to Port Salerno. The condo has a nice big heated pool with clubhouse, tennis courts, fishing dock, kayak storage area. Your room (Bed#2) is fully furnished with a bed having a nice, newer pillow top mattress, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, TV, and a sitting chair, the closet is about 6-8 feet wide. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher in the condo, the kitchen, dining, and living room are updated, the screened patio overlooks a canal/lake so it is very peaceful sitting out there. There are some condo rules to be aware of and adhered to: Whenever you have guests/visitors, you need to be on site with them at the condo; no trucks or motorcycles, no parking of boats or trailers, no RVs or camper vans. The condo association also requires an application be submitted and that you pass a criminal background check. I am looking for a clean, quiet, easy going, stable minded professional man or woman to rent the room who can pay rent in full on time every month with no excuses. I would expect you to be clean and neat and I will do my part to clean up after myself too. No pets, no smokers, no alcoholics, no drug users, no sex offenders, no wierdos allowed.
