The rent is $1200.00 plus utilities (such as gas and electric) I do require the first and last month's rent and one month security (therefore, move in cost is $3600.00) The house has 3 bedrooms, living room with a flat screen TV, 1 bath, new eat-in kitchen, wall to wall carpeting, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, gas heat, ceiling fans in every room, fenced in patio with table and chairs, picnic table w/umbrella, huge outdoor shower. High-Speed Wireless Internet Access (using your own computer). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, tall dresser and a large closet, the second bedroom has a double bed, tall dresser and closet, the huge third bedroom has a bunk bed, a trundle that pulls out to a king size bed, a single bed futon chair, dresser , closet and a TV. The house sleeps up to (9) people, perfect for a couple and a bunch of kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything you would need just as if you were home. For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking there is a gas barbecue grill. The house sits in a quiet, wooded setting close to shops, a farmers market, Acme food store and restaurants. Small pets are welcome.
