Hey everyone,My room mate and I are studying abroad next semester and need to find someone to sublease our apartment from January-August. This is a very comfortable ground floor two bedroom, one large bathroom (two sinks) apartment located as close as you can get to campus and the stadium. Safe 5-15 minute walk to ALL academic buildings and less than a minute to the student entrance of the stadium! All new kitchen appliances, nice carpeting throughout, washer and dryer in the apartment eliminating the need to haul clothes to the laundromat. The only vacancy in the Capstone Condominiums building! Excellent central air, apartment is in excellent condition. Both rooms have sliders with connecting patios and exceptionally easy pool and courtyard access. Safe parking lot with an abundance of spaces and located in a very safe, student-populated neighborhood. Rent is split by both room mates and the only additional charges are about $80/month for electricity and about $60 for cable, also split. Apartment living doesn't get better or more convenient than this in Tuscaloosa. Anyone who is interested feel free to contact me on my cell at 603-219-XXXX or on my listed email.
