The room is currently unfurnished but I can provide furniture if needed.I keep a very clean, quiet, well organized home and would expect the same. It is a two bedroom/one bath home, all tile floors, ceiling fans in the bedrooms/kitchen, AC, washer/dry, wifi, basic cable, plenty of parking -- some shaded - and a GREAT location -- just minutes from Trader Joe's, Starbuck's, Bookman's, TMC, and Park Mall.I prefer temporary Out-of-State or relocating individuals. Non smokers (no exceptions!) and obviously no drugs or excessive alcohol. I am not looking for homeless, semi-homeless, "got kicked out / had to leave bad situation family drama , need a temp place to stay until I find a job, etc, etc, etc ..."This is a nice clean, respectable home and I am looking for nice clean respectable people who need temporary residence while visiting or relocating to Tucson. Race and gender are not an issue.
