Hi I'm a VSU student currently leasing a condominium which is right across the street from main campus and I'm looking to renew the lease in august. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse and I'm needing a roommate to fill the larger upstairs bedroom (there is a smaller bedroom downstairs also if you would rather have that). I'd prefer to just have one other roommate for now but I would be open to discussing the possibility of a 3rd later on. I'm a very clean, laid back 23 y/o guy; I'd like to live with someone who is also clean and responsible. Gender does not matter to me, I get along well with most anyone. Pets are welcome. The total rent here is $1100 per month which includes electric, water/trash pickup, cable, wireless high speed internet, pest control, and security system (so it would be $550 all inclusive for you).
