This is a great garden apartment on the first level of our home with its own separate entrance. Since we live upstairs we make an extra effort to find the right tenant. We are looking for a Single, Mature, Responsible person. It is a one bedroom apartment with plenty of closet space. There is also a small area for an office. The kitchen has good counter space and lots of cabinets. Full size refrigerator, almost new electric stove, disposal. microwave.The bathroom has a tub with shower, linen closet and utility closet. There is NO dishwasher and NO washer/dryer. The unit has views of San Francisco and the Bay. Nice patio area that our former tenant started, and it would be great if our new tenant would continue with upkeep of the garden. Picture attached This would be your private back yard, all natural nature with trees and views of SF & the Bay. These same views are also from the livingroom and kitchen area. Open beam ceilings throughout. We are able to provide one parking space for our tenant and it would be best if you have a smaller size car. Utilities are included along with basic cable. We may consider one small pet. The yard area is open with fencing only on one side. So your companion should be an indoor pet. Brisbane has a great doggie park and we also have a wonderful community pool and other great small town amenities. Easy commute to SF or the Peninsula and the airport Non smoking only.
