It's nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms (with linens), 2.5 baths, full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, washer & dryer, 2 story, 2-car garage. It's about 10 minutes from NAS and 10-15 minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood on a river with a boat slip you can use and occassional river traffic.Rent includes high-speed Internet, and up to $100/month for the water/electric. (The water/electric usually runs around $75-$150 per month when 2 people live there full time. ) We use a high-def antenna for TV and get about 25 channels. (There is access to Comcast if you want to pay for it.)
