Neighborhood is quiet, lane is wide and the beach is almost like a private beach, as there is no public parking on the lane. The beach is literally 5 houses away. Good surfing right at your door.............Utilities and gardner is included (other than TV and internet). A cat would be okay. Available end of December/beginning of January.
