I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Sterling Pointe. Specifications are as shown as well as: a free gym,free coffee,covered assigned parking, pool and spa, washer and dryer unit, dishwasher,and balcony. The lease would be renewed in July, but renewing it sooner would take several hundred off rent. We can discuss possible prorating depending on circumstances. Looking for this to occur as soon as possible, preferably by April. There is nothing wrong with the apartment or complex, I'm just moving in with my girlfriend. All necessary cleaning will be done before move in. Although, I don't party, I have lived there alone for two years, and I clean consistently so the apartment is pretty much spotless. The complex itself is located next to Harkins and within walking distance to NAU, Safeway, and several other stores.
