I just finished the MBA program at SMU and my family and I are relocating to Chicago for my new job. So we need to sublet our 2 bed 2 bath apartment just east of SMU at E. University Blvd and Greenville Ave. Easy walk, bike or drive to SMU, Central Market, University Crossing Trail, restaurants and bars. This is a really roomy apartment with lots of storage, a great split floor plan that would be good for roommates, a nice master suite with double vanity and soaking tub. The kitchen is also very spacious with granite countertops, plenty of storage and a large pantry. If you have a child going to school, this is zoned for Mockingbird Elementary School which is the best elementary school in DISD (and our top reason for choosing this place). All the amenities here are very nice and the grounds are impeccably well maintained including the large pool and patio area equipped with gas grills, a cabana, and lots of loungers. Our apartment overlooks the back courtyard area and is very quiet. We also have the garage unit which is right beneath the master bedroom.
