I recently graduated and my roommate is about to graduate, I'm moving to LA for work before the 23rd of September and he is moving out the beginning of October awaiting offers. I would need someone to replace me on the lease preferably before the 20th of September. If we have someone to replace both of us on the lease by then, that would work too. My room in the apartment could be furnished if you'd like to discuss it (I can't fit the furniture in my car), the common areas could be furnished as well, his room would not be furnished. We will most likely be leaving some appliances if you'd like to keep them. The apartment complex is gated, has a pool and grilling area, a gym, a tenant lounge with free starbucks coffee, a little dog park. It's right on Cheshire Bridge Rd NE across the street from taqueria del sol. Most of the people in this complex are young professionals and students.
