We are trying to find somebody to take over our house beginning March 1st. We just recently got a house and will certainly not require our house any longer. This is a great apartment with 2 bed rooms 1 bath in a protected building with a door code. It has a large living-room location plus a dining area next to the kitchen area. The carpets is thick and soft on the feet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a washer/dryer closet with connections readily available (we may have the ability to work our an offer for our washer and clothes dryer as well, if you are interested). There are also coin washers and clothes dryers readily available in the building. There is a huge unfenced yard to stroll in, and take your canines out in. The Grantwood Elementary school is a couple of blocks away, in addition to a city park and Sycamore Trail. There is another wetland park with a pond that is noticeable from the front windows with a great path. 2 animals under 35 lbs each are enabled. The animal deposit is $315 per animal and is returned at the end of the lease, disallowing pet damage. There is no regular monthly animal charge. There is a carport for one automobile for the apartment, plus an attached storage device. The remainder of the parking available in the parking lot is complimentary for any individual to take. There is a bus stop right outside the building. Energies are about $60-$70 and you spend for internet/cable, water, and gas/electric. You are welcome to renew the lease in August 2015. Sorry, but they do not accommodate Section 8 housing.
