The apartment will be available as soon as August 15 and can be viewed now. We are very flexible on move in dates later than that. Lease take over will be around 6 months with month to month payment afterward. All that is required is a $30 application fee for a background and credit check to take over our lease through our landlord. The current lease runs until March. Electric and gas will need to be put in to applicants name and water is every three months. We have attached 40mbps internet that you can choose to transfer as well. The location is great, everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive. It is a quick bike or bus ride to OSU campus, there is a bus pickup on Kenny Rd just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is a 1000 sqft townhome and made of concrete. You can't hear the neighbors through the walls which is always a plus. The bedrooms are both upstairs alongside the full bathroom and a large linen closet. The master bedroom (pictured with out the bed in it) has two large closets and the other (The picture with the bed/crib)has one closet. Downstairs you will find the large living room, a really charming kitchen with loads of cabinet space, a half bath, a large coat closet and the laundry room. Unfortunately the place does not have air conditioning. The thick concrete walls do help maintain temp but window or portable acs can fit. There is central heating and a one car garage out back.
