Two bedrooms upstairs.The master bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony where you can hear the Big Thompson River through the trees. The second bedroom has a full size bed. Downstairs is tastefully decorated with newer furniture with a pull-out queen and pull-out twin bed. Downstairs is great for kids to sleep in while the grown-ups sleep quietly upstairs. We have a newer remodeled full kitchen w/ gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. We also have a newer full sized washer and dryer too. Parking area on property in front of house. Washer and dryer available. Pets OK.Long term lease only.
