Nice laundry room indoors, two nice patio areas in quiet neighborhood with great friendly neighbors, and active neighborhood watch. Basic Direct TV color with DVD player and wireless internet and treadmill. No drugs, not 420 friendly, no parties, no smoking indoors. ( we have neighborhood get togethers), I do have 3 cats who mostly stay outside unless raining. Occasional drinking is fine with respect for surroundings. Right off the 180 at Bethel so its considered Sanger address. 20 min on the Freeway to almost anywhere in Fresno. I am 55 yr professional female. I have a small greenhouse and lots of hobbies and interests but make time to keep home clean and yard nice. Looking for professional temporary roommates.If you travel back and forth to Fresno area you will enjoy the opportunity to rent this quaility space. Rent at $550 includes utilities.
