An off-road bike trail goes all the way to Google HQ. The rooms form a separate suite at the rear of the house. It's entirely private, with a private entrance and patio, and no shared spaces. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and large closet. The private bath is newly remodeled with a marble-lined shower. The second room is a sunny living/dining area with a window-wall overlooking the rear garden. It's furnished with a love seat, flat-screen TV, and dining table with 2 chairs. Although there is no 'kitchen,' a large armoire is outfitted for light cooking with a small fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The suite is furnished in contemporary style, with hardwood floors throughout. Linens and dishes are provided.There is one dedicated off-street parking spot. Utilities are included in rent: heat/air, cable TV, wireless internet.Weekly housekeeping service is provided, as is access to a shared washer/dryer on the premises. No smoking. Pets negotiable.
