Anchorage Midtown Motel is the most affordable, clean safe and secure rooming house/ youth hostel in Anchorage, we will beat anyone's prices. Located in Midtown Anchorage, we are close to Restaurants and Entertainment. Small rooms available by the day starting at $29.99 + tax of $3.60 per day totaling $33.59, the regular rooms are $39.95 plus tax of $4.80 for a total of $44.75, both rates require a refundable $10.00 security deposit. The weekly rate is $225.00 plus tax of $27.00 = $252.00 (a $20.00 refundable security deposit also). We have a LIMITED number of monthly rentals for $700.00, a $30.00 refundable deposit and guests are exempt from tax on this rental. Rooms are basic European style with a bed, phone, refrigerator and TV. The bathrooms are private and lock but are across or down the hall. We have free local phone service, internet access, utilities, continental breakfast, computer use, printing and fax at no charge. A kitchen is available for guest use, and pots, pans, etc. are available to check out. We have DVD's & VHS tapes and players for our guests to check out. Our snack bar is open 24/7 for guest convenience. We have movie nights in the lobby every weekend and we also provide 24/7 security. Free use of computer, printer and fax.
