I'm looking to sublease my awesome room in a great 4/2 super close to campus, downtown, and midtown. Most everything worth doing or seeing in Gainesville is about a 5 minute or less bike ride away, including The Top, the Hipp, the Hawthorne Trail, UF Campus, the law school, Karma Cream, etc. Also on the #1 bus route. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and gets a lot of natural light. The house is newly renovated, has new shiny wood floors, stainless steel appliances and a flat top range in the kitchen. My roommates are super quiet and very friendly.I'm only asking $250 a month for this room, and even this number is negotiable. Make me an offer. I've already moved out and the room is move-in ready. On top of that, utilities usually run about $30-$40 a month and internet is $13. The room will be unfurnished but I can leave my giant desk. Pet friendly! I have a cat and there is no monthly fee or deposit. Not sure about dogs. We have a nice sized backyard with a fire pit for entertaining. Looking to sublease from May 1 (possibly earlier) to July 31. Great place to be for summer.
