The Basin Street exit of I-180 (and Starbucks Coffee) is less than two blocks away, as are our city's two best-known white-tablecloth restaurants, 33 East and DiSalvo's.$2,550/month rent (translates to $85/night) includes all utilities, cable and WiFi, on-site dedicated parking, and weekly cleaning service. Units are fully furnished down to silverware, small appliances and linens. Priority to tenants willing to sign one-year or longer leases.
