Looking for subleaser through september. Single room in three bedroom house. Nice quite neighborhood with park across the street. Two male roomates, both graduated and working full time. I have moved in with my boyfriend and no longer need the room. Full basement with lots of storage, covered gradge, full back deck and enclosed front porch. cats and smaller dogs allowed. The is a queen bed that can be used for duration of sublease, or moved into storage. Looking for somone to move in as soon as possible, as i am currently paying for two places. The roomates are very laid back and clean. They do drink but not excessivly.
