Hi! I moved, and I need someone to take over my part of the lease in this house. There are two empty bedrooms, so you and a friend could move in. It's a three minute walk from WMU's main campus, so it's ideal for students. There are two other girls that live in the house right now as well. They are fun, nice, and respectful. You would share the kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms with them, although they only use one of the bathrooms. There's an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer in it. You would only pay a portion of the utilities and if you choose to use them, the cable and internet. Rent is actually 375 each month, but I'm willing to pay 100 of it, so you would only pay 275.
