Looking for a male/female to sublease my room for the summer in Carbondale. The rent would be $275 a month with utilities included except cable/internet and electricity. Average rent a month is around $330. My bedroom is huge, as you can tell, so it easily fits my full size bed, tv/tv stand, 2 night stands, bookcase, art table and dresser. The closet stretches across the whole back of the wall so there is easily enough space for storage. It is located about 5 min from campus (near the towers and university hall). About a 5 min walk to a Pinch, Calis, and Copper Dragon for those who like to go out. I have 2 girl roommates right now who are both sophomores at SIU. Please let me know if interested! I would be leaving at the beginning of May until August. My contract is up in August and haven't decided to renew it or not but you would not be binded to renew the contract. I would like to get to know you first so I'm not leaving my roommates with some weirdo haha. My number is 309-202-XXXX let me know!
