I'm offering the other room in my apartment, which is located on the second floor of Canterbury Apartments (approximately 2.5 blocks from the west side of Bryant-Denny). It's a 2 bed/1.5 bath unit and sewer, water and garbage are included in the rent, leaving only electricity and internet as monthly bills. The room will open up in July (though a summer stay can be negotiated) and the lease runs through July of next year.The apartment is kept clean (mostly because I'm never home) and there have been no significant pest problems (the management is very diligent about pest control). Please note that the room is unfurnished.
