This gem is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, while is only a 5-minute drive from the grocery stores, 10 minutes from downtown, major hospitals, Rockridge Bart station, and 30 minutes from the Oakland International Airport. We would love to rent this place to someone who thinks of it as their own, is financially stable, and `preferably` looking for long-term accommodation. The place will be move-in ready by 10th October. 1-month rent as a deposit. I also have a video of the place if you want to see the whole place. Little about us: We are a family of 3. I, my husband (both in our early 40s) and a medium-sized adorable Goldendoodle (8 1/2 months old) named, Mostly. My mom also lives with us for 4-6 months of the year. We are both engineers and work in SF and San Mateo. We are quiet, friendly and respectful. We love to travel and I'm an amateur baker. So, you will get a constant supply of freshly baked cakes.
