This unit is not furnished but it does consist of a refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, washer/dryer, double and walk-in closets, cable/phone hook ups in each bedroom as well as in the living room, there is a total of 5 sinks in 3 full baths, and there is a screened in patio as well. As i said before this unit is unfurnished and utilities are not included. The only furniture you will need to have is for the bedroom; the other 3 roommates have taken care of living room and dining room furniture. The other roommates have estimated utilities to be under $100 each month which would put your total cost of living at under $395 per month; this is very cheap compared to the fully furnished and all inclusive apartments in Statesboro, Ga.I have already paid the $200 clean up fee for this unit and I will be forfeiting this over to the subleaser.
