I can vouch that the maintenance is timely and the apartment/management has been a good place over the years. The only reason I'm leaving is because I have gotten a job out of state and have to move by August 20. If you're interested in taking over the lease, you would be signed on to it and I would be removed so that you would have total control over the account.
