I have lived at Ashton Glen for a year and a half and am only moving because of work. I have never had any problems with management or maintenance (always same-day service, even weekends). I have never had any problems with bugs (always a good thing)! Management has also been working on revamping the exterior with new paint on the buildings, staining the wood, painting the front doors, repaved parking lot, etc. Property won Centerville Award for Beautiful Landscaping in 2013. The neighborhood is very private and quite. The only time I've heard my neighbors is when a door was closed hard from the wind (maybe once or twice). Neighborhood has a good amount of children of all ages but are never loud or in the way (I am single and am not fond of kids). Even the pool during the summer is not bombarded with kids. The property has great areas for your dogs to walk, play, and run with a few poop-stop disposal stations. If you sign the lease with Ashton Glen I will personally mail down my AT U-Verse Internet Router (a $100 value) for FREE. Honestly, they have better service and prices than Time Warner. If you have cellular service with them you will receive an additional discount. I purchased the 2nd Lowest Speed and could be on Netflix, my iPhone, and my computer at the same time and never had any problems or a slow connection! The apartment will be detail cleaned and painted before move-in by management. Please do not respond to the post via-Craigslist.
