Nestled between two parks so it's a quiet area... however located nearby are many attractions (great dane, sundance theater, copps, sentry, target, macy*s, whole foods, mexican restaurants, etc.). Great access to Madison Metro buses.Apartment has one large bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, and living area. Porch outside of living area. One HUGE bedroom (we've fit in ours a bed, office desk, and mini living room area with couch) and one normal apartment-sized bedroom. Spacious closets (incld. walk-in) and cabinets. Central AC.Part of an apartment complex and there is an apartment manager and maintenance staff on-site. Past dealings with them (e.g. replacing burnt fluorescent bulb in kitchen) were great with a quick response.Cats and dogs are allowed (monthly fee; dog breed limitations). Washer and dryer in basement.
