This Extended Stay apartment is on the second level of a completely remodeled Carriage House on a private farm in Allison Park surrounded by Hartwood Acres. The apartment is furnished and brand new- everything including on-demand cable t.v., appliances and washer and dryer.. There are two bedrooms and a large loft area that can be used as a bedroom or office also.The day rate includes gas forced air heat, electric central air conditioning, water, cable, trash pick up, grass cutting, snow plowing, and sewerage. There is free internet access with out signing in too. It is a tremendously safe and quiet area to live, surrounded by trees and a trails through Hartwood Acres. Enjoy weekend filled with free concerts, polo matches etc.The Monthly rate depends on the length of your stay and the number of people and pets. We have room for your horse too if you are traveling through with one. and will be happy to answer your questions and show you around. The rent includes everything you need except for your cell phone. There is a one month minimum but you can stay as long as you like. The cost to stay here is equivalent to a less expensive motel in this area but is sooooo much nicer and you can keep your pet with you.
