Terms negotiable. Rooms come with a bike. I am seeking housemates for space available now. I have indoor/outdoor cats that reside mostly on my bed in a remote part of the house. I am the owner of this 1860 sf. house which lies on a very nice alley on the north perimeter of the Mapleton Hill Historic District 3 blocks from Mapleton. It is 3 blocks from a trailhead on the mountain backdrop and 7 blocks from Pearl. There is a living room and full bath in the North side of the house where the available room is situated and a door between them and the South addition which has a half bath/laundry, the kitchen/dining/ area and a sunroom leading to stairway access to my room. Closing the door between the two sides of the house can provide privacy if needed. There is a patio, yard and detached garage with a studio on top that is in the process of being finished. I would like to live with Grad students, other professionals or the like, and I got this house intentionally to live with three other folks. Some of my interests-- Muncipalization of Boulder's electric supply. Thoughtful land use. Ethics. Architecture. World Affairs Conference. Historic Boulder. Chautauqua Music Festival. I do a lot of mostly functional bicycling (the exception of which is the Thursday Cruiser's Ride) which is very convenient at this location.
