The house is in Menlo Park on the edge of Atherton, at the end of what is essentially a cul-de-sac. A bus stop (Samtran 390) is a block away and Caltrain is close as well. The house is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home which is nicely separated into three sections.You would be living with my fiancee and I who have the house and are around 30 years old, along with possibly other roommates. We enjoy nature hikes, camping, gardening, board games, and watching shows and movies. I like video games and my fiancee likes crafts such as quilting. We drink occasionally and are 420 friendly in moderation. Cool features:*Game room! - The two car garage is being turned into a game room! Poker table (also serves well for board games), stereo setup and TV with video game consoles + couch.*TV and Internet - Fast internet and basic TV will be all set!*Parking - There is always plenty of street parking (so no searching necessary), quite street and we are at the end of it. Things you should know about us if we will be living in the same house:*I have a 6 year old son who will be over occasionally. I have him every other weekend and many times take him down to the family ranch.*We have one dog (dog is a catahoula), he is very well-behaved.*I own firearms. I love them and am not only safe with them but I have also taught safety regarding them.*I've been making wine and beer for over 6 years now, it's a very enjoyable hobby. Rental Agreement:*Month-to-month agreement*Deposit is 1.5x rent (fully refundable on move-out)*Utilities are not included but will be a set "average" amount for every month.*I'm a certified residential manager (I used to manage apartments) so the legal renting portion will all be handled professionally Pets:Sorry, we are unable to have any more dogs or any cats at this house.
