I moved out because I moved back to North Carolina. I am from this area but I wanted to move back to NC. You can have up to 2 cats but you pay $30.00 extra a month. I have 1 cat. There is an application fee of $35.00 a non -refundable redecorating fee of $200.00 and a $325.00 deposit fee. You pay your rent online with a bank account or credit card. The front door is locked and you have an intercom to open the door for your guests. There is no alarm system for the apartment.
