Hi, my wife and I are looking to sublease our Perrysburg apartment. We have the lease through July 31st, 2012. The apartment is at Ridgewood apartments near the corner of Oregon rd. and 795. It is 1 mile down the road from Owens Community College. The apartment is 924 sq. ft., very large, 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet, full kitchen with refridgerator and your own washer and dryer. All that we pay is the electricity. I have high-speed time warner cable through july too so I will include that along with the apartment. It also comes with a covered parking spot. We loved this apartment and how nice and spacious it is but my wife just got a job about an hour and a half away. We currently pay 619 a month but we are willing to negotiate with that price.
