My roommate got engaged and is living with his fiancee and I am going to be traveling internationally all summer long, and we are therefore subletting this apartment at an awesome cost to you. If you would like for me to leave my furniture inside I can do so or i can move it out. Its up to you just let me know in advance.You will be responsible for electricity and cable tv/internet. That is 10 minute walk to galleria and 5-10 minute drive to downtown midtown and washington which is where all of the bars and nightlife is.It is inside the loop in a great part of town and the neighbors are mostly young professionals and will not disturb you.
